"the most wasted of all days is one without laughter..."

are we forget to laugh???

laughter is the best medicine.... this proverb often heard but not being understood....
i believe one way to reduce stress is to laugh...you can laugh in any kind of situations...you borak with your friends, you watch a movie, you watch sitcom or even you laugh at people's behavior and attitude...
last saturday i was coming to skool because of my skool had organised a Program called Pembangunan Sukan 4 KArnival antara Teknik.... and as usual i'll be the MC for that day... since this is my permanent job(so called tetap dan berpencen) i was doing this job with my vey own partner syairul whom also be the MC for the rest of his life....

as we prepared the text....(we have to0 coz the Pengarah was here that day) so we must be in formal interm of language and protocol... i kept telling myself i must be serious becoz it is a serious job(lau salah wat...off course aku mesti kene bambu with my pengetua) tp my partner Syairul always telling jokes that i simply cannot resist...in the end i have tears in my eyes...no sad but im really busting into laugh....i laugh as hard as i can and i realise how long i never laugh in this skool...maybe...i took everything seriously and never spent some times to laugh or take a break....

somehow it is really different when im with my hubby and outside the skool... i laugh all the times as my hubby is the best JOKER ever....( tQ bie to cheer up my days....) maybe now i realise, i should take a break and have some fun in doing my things....i take it seriously in term of my work becoz i want to be perfect...but in the end....end up with stress and headaches...

i came back to my real me 2 years back.... doing my job and happy about it.... i have fun 2 years b4 doing my job as a teacher....i have to came back to that situation....and i hope i get it...

like i always said to myself "life is too serious to be taken seriously"...anD
walla!!!!.... the same old me with the new attitude.... smile and laugh....
